Compensation
The value of internship is to provide “REAL” business experience. We negotiated with the sponsor to “compensate” interns who come all the way to Japan to help them. Just like business, the compensation comes with responsibility to create value to the client. Since client is uncertain of your ability to create value, the compensation is designed based on the progress of research you are going to perform for the client.
